Poppi

Poppi is a small cosy town in Tuscany situated around 40 km to the north of Arezzo. The town founded by Etruscans has been preserved in latter mediaeval state. Modern tourists will be interested in Madonna del Morbo church and ancient San Fedele church with 6 richest Renaissance altars in the central nave.

Castello dei Conti Guidi is the castle which is the highest point in Poppi. It is beautified with frescoes and has the richest library inside. There is a superb park near the castle which gives you not only the beauty of the nature but also many sculptures. Here there is a fine view on the nearby city Bibbiena.

The Festival of the Thrush in Montalcino 2012
The festival of the thrush or Sagra del Tordo is held in the old Tuscan town of Montalcino on the last October weekend. Thousands of tourists go to Montalcino while the festival. Tarot Garden
The Tarot garden as a work of art is a combination of landscape design, sculpture and architecture. The garden is located on the southern slope of the Garavicchio hill in the Tuscan Maremma, a few kilometers away from the town of Capalbio. The Franko-American artist Niki de Saint Phalle created it.
